How Matchmaking Works

When you queue for a ranked match, the system finds opponents close to your rating.

Rating Range

  • Base search range: 100 rating points above and below your rating
  • Every second you wait, the range expands by 10 points
  • Maximum range: 500 points

This means you start looking for close matches and gradually widen the search if none are found.

Queue Types

Queue Mode
quick_1v1 Unranked 1v1
quick_br Unranked Battle Royale
quick_2v2 Unranked 2v2
quick_sprint Unranked Sprint Race
ranked_1v1 Ranked 1v1
ranked_br Ranked Battle Royale

Queue Bans

Leaving matches repeatedly results in temporary queue bans:

  • 2 leaves: 1 minute ban
  • 3 leaves: 3 minute ban
  • 5+ leaves: 5 minute ban
